Celebrity Ascent will feature many of the passenger-favourites found across the Edge-class from the Magic Carpet and Rooftop Garden to Eden Restaurant and the Infinity Verandah staterooms, but she’ll also boast a host of new dining, entertainment and relaxation experiences.
The new Edge-class ship will homeport in South Florida for the 2023/24 Caribbean season, offering guests the signature experiences of the Edge-class with a range of enhancements and new experiences.
Celebrity Ascent will offer the same outward facing design that maximizes views and outdoor areas allowing guests to connect with the world around them, along with a robust food and beverage program with 30 plus choices from casual to fine dining to satisfy all palates.

Edge Class Favourites on Celebrity Ascent:
Celebrity Ascent will bring back favored signature experiences, such as The Theatre with state-of-the-art technology and experiential, imaginative performances, but with three new production shows.
The Rooftop Garden outdoor haven where guests can enjoy live music, movies, infinity float pools, and even al fresco dining at the Rooftop Garden Grill will return aboard Celebrity Ascent, along with The Spa, with its120 destination-inspired treatments and SEA Thermal Suite featuring eight distinctive therapeutic experiences inspired by nature. This space also includes specialty treatment beds, and a full-service salon and barber.

The sprawling Resort Deck aboard Celebrity Ascent will feature a main pool lined with cabanas, two-story martini-glass-shaped hot tubs, and The Solarium, an adults-only, tranquil spa-inspired retreat built for relaxation and complete with pool, hot tub and loungers.
Also returning aboard Celebrity Ascent is the Sunset Bar designed by Nate Berkus – where an international beach club ambiance meets fresh sea breezes and boundless views. The Magic Carpet, will also of course be a distinctive feature of the ship.
This restaurant is the world’s first cantilevered lounge and gathering space at sea and sits on the edge of the ship, offering a new way to drink, dine and socialise while enjoying unobstructed panoramic views.

Celebrity Ascent will also provide the same inventive culinary experiences as her sister ships, like the three-story Eden Bar and Restaurant featuring floor-to-ceiling views, or the fully immersive and animated Le Petit Chef dinner, but with a few updates detailed below..
The Grand Plaza and Martini Bar will continue to offer an interactive chandelier and jaw-dropping Flair, Flash, Fusion bartender shows, but with expanded menus and new low-sugar options.
New Food and Beverage Experiences:
Celebrity Ascent will offer guests culinary experiences that includes new aminations in Le Petit Chef, redesigned restaurants, new bourbon selections in Craft Social, and a new plant-based menu.
The Le Voyage by Daniel Boulud restaurant that first debuted on Celebrity Beyond will be a reimagined space, created by KTGY Simeone Deary Design Group, offering an intimate fine dining experience inspired by the Chef’s travels.

In the Eden Restaurant there will be a new plant-based tasting menu while at Le Petit Chef dinner there’ll bean all-new animation and menu to match. The ship will still have four main dining rooms, but Cosmopolitan will be redesigned around the culture of champagne.

Outdoor terrace at Blu, exclusive to AquaClass guests will feature an outdoor terrace with 24-person seating that will be available for daytime dining, from al fresco brunches to lunches.
In Craft Social, high-end bourbons and new tasting seminars will be offered, expanding on its existing whiskey tastings. The Martini Bar will also offer more low-sugar cocktails and an expanded menu including lychee and passion fruit martinis.
New Entertainment, Art and Retail Experiences:
On board Celebrity Ascent, guests will enjoy enhanced entertainment, art and retail offerings from new night-time entertainment and production shows to a redesigned casino floor.
The Resort Deck will become the center stage for the ultimate nightlife experience treating guests to an open-air celebration with live performances, live music, and a DJ creating a pulsating dance floor.
For The Theatre, Celebrity Cruises has partnered with industry-leading creatives to introduce three spectacular new productions shows, new interactive digital experiences and shows in The Club, and new engaging immersive shows in the Eden Bar and Restaurant, all featuring world-class dances, vocalists, musicians, and specialty artists.

In the Casino, Celebrity Ascent will feature an all-new gaming floor complete with a new layout, new design featuring deep reds and golds, and all new slot machines with the latest technology. In the Art Gallery, the space has been thoughtfully reimagined, allowing guests to better experience priceless art pieces, and enjoy exclusive auctions and art events.
Celebrity Ascent itineraries
Celebrity Ascent will sail in the Caribbean for the winter and Europe for the summer. She’ll sail two preview sailings: the first a 4-Night Western Caribbean voyage on November 22nd, 2023, and the second a 3-Night Bahamas getaway on November 26th, 2023.
Celebrity Ascent
The maiden voyage will be a 7-night Eastern Caribbean cruise on December 3rd, 2023, after which the ship will sail a range of week-long roundtrip Caribbean voyages from Port Everglades through December to April, 2024. These include the 7-Night Bahamas, Mexico and Grand Cayman itinerary, and the 7-Night San Juan, Tortola and St. Kitts.
Celebrity Ascent will also offer a 7-night Bahamas, Mexico and Grand Cayman Holiday Cruise departing on December 24th, 2023, and a New Year cruise with a 7-Night San Juan, Tortola, and St. Kitts voyagedeparting on December 31st, 2023.
Then in the summer, Celebrity Ascent will reposition to the Mediterranean, offering a 9-Night Italian Riviera and France itinerary; and a 12-Night Best of Greece and Italy itinerary visiting Rome, Naples, Mykonos, and Santorini.
