The hospitality company VAI Resort has just revealed that it is building Arizona’s largest resort, a new property with a live music venue, a Mattel theme park, and over 1,100 rooms.
The 60-acre resort has a strategic location in Glendale—9 miles away from downtown Phoenix— right next to the State Farm Stadium and will offer travelers an impressive oasis to enjoy.

- A music and entertainment venue with a capacity for over 8,000 people.

- The Rhythm Tower will be located next to Mattel Adventure Park and the conference spaces.
- The Cadence Tower will offer the most luxurious experience for guests. Ideal for those who want to relax and retreat.
- And the VAI Villas is home to the most impressive rooms in a suite tower. The premium-designed rooms range from 1,100 sq. ft. to 5,300 sq. ft. It also has exclusive infinity-edge pools with stunning views of the 60-acre property.

At the Mattel Adventure Park, guests will be able to have a lot of fun and drive a Hot Wheels go-kart, drink the signature pink beverage at The Barbie Beach House’s rooftop, or go for a treasure hunt with Thomas & Friends.
