National Geographic-Lindblad Expeditions has chartered the 17-cabin Charaidew II for two new India itineraries launching in March 2026.
The vessel, designed with a shallow draught and low profile for navigating the Brahmaputra River, will enable access to previously unreachable upstream areas.
The company is introducing two itineraries: an 18-day “India by Land and River: Taj Mahal, Safaris and the Brahmaputra” and an 11-day “India Expedition: Kolkata, Kaziranga and the Brahmaputra River.”
