JetBlue Announces 2 New flights To This Popular European Destination For Only $479

28/04/2023

Last Updated 1 second agoThe low-cost airline JetBlue has recently announced new flights to a popular European destination: Amsterdam.

The New Routes to Amsterdam will depart from New York starting August 29, and Boston starting September 20.

It is the carrier’s third transatlantic destination, and, to celebrate, JetBlue is offering tickets at a very affordable price.

American travelers can purchase Core tickets (the carrier’s economy cabin seats) for just $479 roundtrip and Mint tickets (the carrier’s business class) for  $1,899 roundtrip.

Is Amsterdam Airport Schiphol A Good Airport?

Amsterdam Airport Schiphol is one of the busiest airports in Europe, traditionally used by over 70 million passengers every year. It has won awards for its fascinating design and offers visitors a great travel experience as well as multiple connections to other destinations.

It’s only around 10 miles away from Amsterdam city center and, in just 15 minutes, a direct railway from the airport takes travelers to Amsterdam Central Station.

Travelers can access its free wifi and enjoy its cool amenities like coworking spaces for digital nomads or spot planes at the Panorama Terrace, as well as great shops and restaurants.

Is Amsterdam A Good Destination In 2023?

Amsterdam is a fascinating destination known for its beautiful canals, stroopwafels, unique biking experiences, and more.

Tourists enjoy taking boat rides to admire the canals and the architecture and explore all the fascinating museums.

Travelers should not be discouraged by the recent ‘Stay Away’ Campaigns created by Amsterdam officials to keep away tourists as it addresses only certain types of tourists—those interested in some of the things Amsterdam sometimes gets a bad rap for.

Authorities want to maintain order and respect for the local culture.

As long as visitors respect local rules and the wonderful Dutch culture, they will have a great time. Although large crowds are expected during summer, JetBlue’s new routes offer a great opportunity to visit the city during the shoulder season in September and October.
