A Carnival cruise ship has completed a multi-million dollar renovation during a 16 day dry dock and the vessel is now back in service offering cruises.
Carnival Freedom returned to service today and is once again sporting Carnival Cruise Line’s iconic funnel. The ship received a new funnel during the 16 day dry dock where the vessel received general maintenance and a few new features.
Among the new features added to Carnival Freedom are a new Heroes Tribute Bar and a Dreams Studio. Heroes Tribute Bar is featured on many Carnival cruise ships and honors active and retired members of the military.Sponsored Links

In addition to Dreams and Heroes, the cruise ship’s casino was expanded and all cabins and public areas of the ship were upgraded and renovated. Carnival Freedom also received the cruise line’s new red, white, and blue livery.
Carnival Freedom will now sail a 14 night cruise from Barcelona to Port Canaveral, Florida. The cruise ship will visit Malaga, Valencia, the Canary Islands, and Bermuda before arriving in Florida.
Once in Florida, the cruise ship will offer four and five night cruises to The Bahamas and the Caribbean.
Carnival Freedom will visit Celebration Key starting in 2025. Celebration Key is a new port destination being built in The Bahamas specifically for Carnival cruise ships.
